Consultations: We meet with the client to determine what she wants with regard to fabric and embellishment, as well as color and style. It is at this meeting fees are set being determined by the simplicity or extravagance of the finished design.
This charge is absorbed should the client sign an agreement to purchase.
$35.00 plus Tax (included in fee if client signs agreement)
